We collect only what we need to get your order to you, and we never sell it.
Who we are
EarVanta is operated by SOLO DIGITAL LTD. You can reach us about privacy at orders@earvanta.com.au.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, email address, delivery address, phone number if you give one, and what you bought.
- When you join our list: your email address.
- When you browse: a cookie that remembers your cart, plus standard server logs used to keep the site secure.
We don't receive or store your card details. Payments are entered on, and processed by, Stripe.
How we use it
- To process, pack and deliver your order, and email you about it.
- To answer you when you contact us, and to handle returns or faulty products.
- To send product news, only if you subscribed. Every email lets you unsubscribe.
- To prevent fraud and keep the store secure.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the store:
- Stripe for payment processing.
- Cloudflare for website hosting and security.
- Resend for sending order emails.
- Our courier, who receives your name, delivery address and contact details to deliver your parcel.
Some of these providers may store data outside Australia. We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't use advertising cookies.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing orders@earvanta.com.au. We may need to keep order records for tax and legal reasons.
