Pairing & care guide

How to pair, charge, fit and look after your EarVanta One wireless earbuds.

Pairing with your phone

  1. Take both earbuds out of the charging case. They switch on and connect to each other automatically.
  2. On your phone, open Settings > Bluetooth and make sure Bluetooth is on.
  3. Select the earbuds from the list of available devices. You'll hear a tone when they connect.
  4. Next time, just take them out of the case and they reconnect to the last device automatically.

Works the same way on iPhone, Android, tablets and laptops.

If they won't connect

  • Put both earbuds back in the case, close the lid for 10 seconds, then take them out again.
  • In your phone's Bluetooth settings, choose Forget this device for the earbuds, then pair again from step 1.
  • Make sure the earbuds are charged. The case display shows the battery level.
  • Turn Bluetooth off and on again on your phone, or restart the phone.

Charging

  • Charge the case with a USB-C cable from any USB phone charger or computer port.
  • A full charge from empty takes under 2 hours. The case shows its battery level as a live percentage.
  • Each earbud plays music for 4+ hours per charge. Pop them back in the case to top up.
  • Before first use, give the case a full charge.

Getting a secure, comfortable fit

  • Insert each earbud gently and give it a slight twist so it sits snugly in your ear canal.
  • A good seal sounds noticeably fuller in the bass, and it keeps the earbuds in place when you move.
  • Check the left (L) and right (R) markings on the case display before you put them in.

Care and cleaning

  • Wipe the earbuds and case with a soft, dry cloth. Don't use alcohol or cleaning sprays.
  • They're splash-resistant, not waterproof. Dry them before putting them back in the case, and never charge them wet.
  • Store them in the case when you're not using them, away from heat and direct sun.
