Why we exist
Buying a pair of everyday earbuds shouldn't mean choosing between a $400 flagship and a mystery listing with vague specs and no one to email. We started EarVanta to sit in between: a small range of products that do the everyday things well, described plainly and backed by real people in Australia.
How we do things
- Honest descriptions. We tell you what a product does and what it doesn't. EarVanta One has ENC call microphones, not active noise cancellation, and we say so.
- Fair prices. We sell online only, directly to you, so there's no retail-store markup in the price.
- Free delivery, everywhere in Australia. Orders are packed and shipped from New South Wales by tracked courier.
- Real support. Every email to orders@earvanta.com.au is read and answered by a person.
- Your rights, respected. Every order is covered by the Australian Consumer Law guarantees.
